- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser, for example iPhone with Safari or Windows with Chrome.
- A screenshot, or a small sample of the file you imported, with any private information removed.

- Errors in boundaries, names or credits.
- Privacy questions, or a request to delete an email you sent us.
